乡村振兴战略下我国西南地区小额信贷支农作用的成效与问题探究——基于四川、贵州、海南三地的分析
Study on Effect and Problems of Supporting Agriculture by Microfinance under Rural Revitalization Strategy in Southwest China—Based on the Analysis of Sichuan, Hainan, Guizhou

在乡村振兴战略的大背景之下，解决好“三农”问题，始终是重点。而农村的现代化发展与振兴，又离不开金融的创新与支持。小额信贷作为普惠金融实现的重要形式之一，在支持乡村振兴战略推进中发挥的作用值得关注。因此，本文研究了以四川、贵州、海南为代表的西南地区的小额信贷支农作用的成效，并发现部分问题，提出了相应的对策建议。
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, it is always the priority to solve the problems of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. The modernization development and revitalization of rural areas cannot be separated from financial innovation and support. As one of the important forms of inclusive finance, how microfinance plays a role in supporting the rural revitalization strategy deserves attention. Therefore, this paper studies the effect of micro-credit supporting agriculture in southwest China represented by Sichuan, Guizhou and Hainan, finds some problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
