乡村振兴背景下泰安市土地流转问题探析
Analysis of Land Circulation in Tai’an City under the Background of Rural Revitalization

土地流转是促进农村经济健康发展有利保障，加快实现农村土地健康流转对于实现我国农业专业化、标准化、规模化进而实现现代化有着深刻影响。为促进我国农业高质高效发展，处理好我国农村土地流转问题势在必行。本文以山东省泰安市农村土地流转为例，通过具体案例对泰安市农村土地流转现状、作用进行分析，找出现阶段农村土地流转中存在问题，并提出相应对策，帮助农村土地安全高效流转，促进农业农村发展。
Land circulation is a favorable guarantee for promoting the healthy development of the rural economy. Accelerating the healthy flow of rural land is of profound impact on achieving agricultural specialization, standardization, and scaling up, thereby realizing modernization in China. In order to promote the high-quality and efficient development of agriculture in China, it is imperative to deal with the problem of rural land circulation in China. Taking the rural land circulation in Tai’an City, Shandong Province as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and function of rural land circulation in Tai’an City through specific cases, finds out the existing problems in rural land circulation in the current stage, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to help rural land circulation safely and efficiently and promote agricultural and rural development.
