基于CiteSpace的国内外近20年教师职业倦怠的可视化分析

Abstract:

为了了解近二十年教师职业倦怠的研究历程及热点前沿,以Web of Science和CNKI为搜索引擎,应用CiteSpace软件可视化功能绘制国内外文献发文量时间分布图,关键词共现、聚类和突现图谱以及时间线图谱来揭示近二十年国内外教师职业倦怠的研究进展。研究结果表明:1) 国外研究起步早,近年来更加关注,而国内研究起步晚,近年来进入了冷却期;2) 研究内容方面,与国外研究相比,国内研究内容狭窄,方法单一;3) 当前教师职业倦怠研究的前沿在工作满意度和工作压力与教师职业倦怠的关系研究上。
In order to understand the research process and hot frontier of teacher burnout in the past two decades, Web of Science and CNKI are used as search engines, and the visualization function of CiteSpace is applied to draw the time distribution map of the number of publications. The research progress of teacher burnout at home and abroad in the past two decades is revealed by keyword co-occurrence clustering and emergence graph and time line graph. The results show that: 1) Foreign research started early and paid more attention in recent years, while domestic research started late and entered a cooling period in recent years; 2) Compared with foreign research, domestic research is narrow in content and single in method; 3) The current frontier of teacher burnout research is on the relationship between job satisfaction and job stress and teacher burnout.
