对军队院校探索虚拟教研室建设的思考
On Construction of Virtual Teaching and Research Office in Military Academy

信息化技术促进了虚拟教研室在高等教育人才培养方面的推广，也为军队院校教育教学的交叉融合提供了契机。在分析虚拟教研室建设特点基础上，讨论军队院校建设虚拟教研室的总体要求和作用，并从领导机制构建、教研室类型选择、示范作用发挥、资源共建共享等方面给出了一些建议，为军队院校教育高质量发展提供新的支撑点。
With the development of information technology, the implementation of virtual teaching and re-search office in higher education talent cultivation is promoted, and also the opportunity for the cross integration of education and teaching in military academies is provided. On the basis of ana-lyzing the construction characteristics of virtual teaching and research office, the role of online and offline virtual teaching and research office in military academies is discussed, and construction considerations from the aspects of leadership mechanism construction, selection of teaching and research office types, demonstration role, and resource co-construction and sharing are considered. Furthermore, positive progress for the high-quality development of military academy education is provided.
