乡村振兴战略背景下农村普法的困境及路径研究
Research on the Dilemma and Path of Rural Legal Popularization under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

农村普法作为我国社会主义法治化进程中的重要内容，一直备受关注。在乡村振兴战略背景下，开展农村普法工作，能够帮助提高农民法治意识，促进农村工作法治化，优化农村法治环境。因此，在当前及今后的一个时期，我们仍然需要加大对农村的普法力度，从普法的实施机制、内容和环境三方面，不断推进普法工作改革创新，构建农村普法新格局，促进农村治理现代化。
Rural legal popularization, as an important part of the process of socialist rule of law in China, has always been of great concern. In the context of rural revitalization strategy, carrying out rural legal popularization work can help improve farmers’ awareness of the rule of law, promote the legalization of rural work, and optimize the rural legal environment. Therefore, in the current and future period, we still need to increase the efforts of law popularization in rural areas, continuously promote the reform and innovation of law popularization work from three aspects: the implementation mechanism, content, and environment of law popularization, construct a new pattern of rural law popularization, and promote the modernization of rural governance.
