大学生“社恐”情绪泛滥现象及影响因素研究

Abstract:
为探讨大学生群体社交恐惧问题状况及其影响因素,以互联网为载体,采用随机抽样的方法抽取206名大学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS系统进行数据分析。结果显示大学生社交恐惧的流行率较高,父母的教养方式、个人早期经历、与老师关系及自我认知是导致大学生“社恐”的重要影响因素(P < 0.05),基于此提出改善家庭教育、联结老师与朋辈群体、个案辅导与团体心理辅导相结合等缓解大学生社恐情绪与行为的社会工作介入策略。
To explore the status and influencing factors of social fear in college students, using the Internet as the carrier, 206 college students were selected by random sampling, and self-designed “Ques-tionnaire on Social Fear” was used to conduct self-filled online questionnaire survey, and SPSS system was used for data analysis. The results show that the prevalence of social phobia is high among college students, parents’ parenting style, personal early experience, relationship with teachers and self-perception were significantly associated with moderate to severe social phobia (P < 0.05). Based on this, social work intervention strategies such as improving family education, connecting teachers with peer groups, combining case counseling with group psychological counseling, were proposed to improve college students’ social phobia and behavior.
