Abstract:

面对新时代劳动教育及新财经人才培养,财经高校急需探索出具有综合性、实践性、开放性、针对性的劳动教育课程体系。文章按照劳动教育的要求,结合金融学科特色和现有资源优势,探索“时政分析 + 习惯养成 + 田园实践 + 公益实践 + 财经劳动”五位一体的劳动教育教学模式,实现劳动教育在专业培养上的助力。
In the face of labor education in the new era and the cultivation of new financial and economic talents, financial and economic universities urgently need to explore a comprehensive, practical, open, and targeted labor education curriculum system. This article explores a five-in-one labor education teaching model, combining the requirements of labor education with the characteristics of finance and economics disciplines and existing resource advantages. The model includes “current affairs analysis + habit formation + rural practice + public welfare practice + financial and economic labor,” aiming to assist in the professional development of labor education.
