医养结合背景下绍兴市养老机构失能老人照护体系构建现状思考
Study on the Construction of Care System of Nursing Institution for the Disabled Elderly in Shaoxing under the Mode of Combining Medical Care

近年来，愈发严重的人口老龄化趋势已成为我国甚至全世界必须面对的社会现实，而医养结合养老模式已成为我国养老模式的必然选择。本研究通过走访调研对绍兴市医养结合背景下养老机构的发展现状进行分析总结，并从政府引导、兴建机构、多方合作、人才先行、规范培训、智慧赋能等角度为我市失能老人照护提供建议参考。
In recent years, the trend of increasingly serious aging population has become a social reality that our country and even the whole world must face, and the mode of combining medical care has become an inevitable choice. This study analyzes and summarizes the development status of care system of nursing institution for the disabled elderly in Shaoxing under the mode of combining medical care through interviews and surveys, and provides suggestions and references for the care of disabled elderly in Shaoxing from the perspectives of government guidance, establishment of institutions, multipartite cooperation, priority to talents cultivation, standardized training and intellectual empowerment.
