Abstract:

大学生处在一个网络信息时代,对大学生来说既是机遇又是挑战。大学生被新鲜事物所环绕,要接受不同的价值观、爱情观、世界观等,给心理健康教育工作带来了挑战。基于矛盾论的视角对大学生心理健康教育进行分析,指出矛盾论视域下心理健康教育的问题,进而提出解决对策,有利于提升大学生心理健康教育的工作水平,推进大学生心理健康教育规范化和科学化发展。大学生心理健康教育工作在不断的发展中,因此提升大学心理健康教育的水平和质量迫不及待。
College students are in an era of online information, which is both an opportunity and a challenge for them. College students are surrounded by new things and have to accept different values, love views, worldviews, etc., which brings challenges to mental health education work. Based on the perspective of contradiction theory, this article analyzes the mental health education of college students, points out the problems in mental health education from the perspective of contradiction theory, and proposes solutions, which are conducive to improving the work level of mental health education for college students and promoting the standardized and scientific development of mental health education for college students. The mental health education for college students is constantly developing, so it is urgent to improve the level and quality of mental health education in universities.
