领导者消极幽默对员工安全绩效的影响

Abstract:
安全绩效管理通常聚焦于员工的不安全行为,随着积极组织行为管理在管理领域的进一步发展,领导积极幽默由于关注人的潜能,并且重视发挥员工的优势而日益受到人们的重视,但目前关于领导者消极幽默对员工安全绩效的影响相关方面的研究还有所欠缺。文章选取消极情绪作为中介变量,心理弹性作为调节变量,探索领导者消极幽默对员工安全绩效的影响机制。运用SPSS 24.0统计分析软件对230份研究数据进行分析,研究结果如下:1) 领导者消极幽默负向预测员工安全绩效。2) 领导者消极幽默正向预测员工消极情绪。3) 消极情绪在领导者消极幽默与员工安全绩效的关系之间起到中介作用。4) 心理弹性在领导者消极幽默与员工安全绩效的关系之间起到调节作用。
Safety performance management usually focuses on unsafe behaviors of employees. With the fur-ther development of active organizational behavior management in the management field, leader’s active humor has received increasing attention due to their attention to people’s potential and the importance of giving full play to the advantages of employees. The re-search on the influence of leader’s negative humor on employee safety performance is still lacking. This article chooses negative emotion as the mediating variable and psychological resilience as the moderating variable to explore the influence mechanism of leader’s negative humor on employee safety performance. Using SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software to analyze 230 research data, the research results are as follows: 1) Leader’s negative humor negatively predicts employee safety performance. 2) The leader’s negative humor positively predicts the negative emotions of employees. 3) Negative emotions play a mediating role in the relationship between the leader’s negative humor and employee safety performance. 4) Psychological resilience plays a moderating role in the rela-tionship between the leader’s negative humor and employee safety performance.
