新时代民族地区中华民族共同体建设的法治进路
The Rule of Law in Building the Chinese National Community in Ethnic Regions in the New Era

建设中华民族共同体是新时代党的民族工作的重要内容，是凝聚各族人民力量，实现中华民族伟大复兴的应有之义。本文通过考察新时代法治在民族地区中华民族共同体建设中的价值意蕴和建构基础，分析了当前我国中华民族共同体建设过程中还存在以宪法为核心的法律法规尚待完善、法治实施力度需进一步加强和守法的群众基础需加强三个方面的困扰，并从立法、执法和法治宣传教育三个维度，提出了相对应的建议。
Building the Chinese national community is an important part of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era, and it is the right thing to do to unite the strength of all ethnic groups and achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. By examining the value implication and constructive foundation of the rule of law in the construction of the Chinese national community in ethnic areas in the new era, this paper explores three troubling aspects in the current process of building the Chinese national community in China: the laws and regulations with the Constitution as the core still need to be improved, the implementation of the rule of law needs to be further strengthened and the mass base of law-abiding needs to be strengthened, and puts forward the relative corresponding proposals from the three dimensions of legislation, law enforcement and rule of law publicity and education.
