Abstract:

急性胰腺炎(Acute Pancreatitis, AP)的发生率逐步升高,对于其病情发展趋势及严重程度做出准确判断,是目前临床待解决的问题。然而,传统影像学检查手段对于AP的诊断具有一定的滞后性,随着影像组学的发展,它能够定量分析医学影像图像,分析肉眼不能识别的数据,从而预测AP的严重程度、复发、相关并发症。因此,将影像组学运用到AP及其相关诊断中,以提高临床对AP的诊断能力,并且在预测其发展趋势方面为临床提供新的研究方向。本文就影像组学在AP中的研究现状及进展进行系统综述。
The incidence of acute pancreatitis (AP) is gradually increasing, and the accurate judgment of its development and severity is a clinical problem to be solved. However, traditional imaging methods have a certain lag in the diagnosis of AP. With the development of imaging histology, it can quanti-tatively analyze medical images and analyze data that cannot be identified by the naked eye, so as to predict the severity, recurrence, and complications related to AP. Therefore, the application of imaging histology to AP and its related diagnosis is needed to improve the clinical diagnosis of AP and to provide new research directions for the clinic in predicting its development trend. This arti-cle provides a systematic review of the current status and progress of imaging radiomics research in AP.
