以基层全科医生岗位胜任力为导向的一流本科课程建设探索与实践——以《社区医学》课程为例

Abstract:
《社区医学》是我校面向农村订单定向国家免费医学生的一门必修课程,多年来该课程一直坚持以培养“具有一定公共卫生和预防医学知识”的基层全科医学人才为导向,以培养全科医生岗位胜任力为教学目标,在农村订单定向国家免费医学生的教育和培养中起到了重要的作用。为顺应新医科教育改革理念和一流本科课程建设的要求,同时提高教学效果,本研究项目对《社区医学》在课程设置、教学模式、教学设计、教学内容和教学组织以及教学评价等方面进行了探索和实践,取得了一定的成效,得到了师生的一致好评。
“Community medicine” is a compulsory course of our school for rural order oriented national free medical students. For many years, this course has been guided by the cultivation of basic level general practitioners with “certain knowledge of public health and preventive medicine”, and the teaching goal is to cultivate the post competence of general practitioners. It has played an important role in the education and training of rural order oriented national free medical students. In order to comply with the new concept of medical education reform and the requirements of first-class undergraduate curriculum construction, and improve the teaching effect, this research project has explored and practiced “community medicine” in curriculum design, teaching mode, teaching design, teaching content, teaching organization and teaching evaluation, and has achieved certain results, which has been unanimously praised by teachers and students.
