女性被害人的权利保障问题研究

由于女性遭受的人身权利侵害具有持续性，以及犯罪行为的隐蔽性等特点，所以在遭受侵害之后受到的伤害要远远大于普通的犯罪主体。虽然随着司法改革和发展，被害人的权利保障得到越来越多的重视，但是目前我国对女性被害人的权利保障仍然存在许多的困境和不足，包括法律制度的不够完善和救济措施实行的不够彻底。所以需要采取完善女性被害人救济的法律制度和加强对女性人身安全保护等措施，进一步改进和完善女性别害人权利保障中存在的问题，促进法律制度的完善和政策的落实。
Due to the persistence of women’s personal rights infringement and the conceal-ment of criminal acts, the injury after the infringement is far greater than the ordinary criminal subject. Although with the reform and development of justice, the protection of the rights of victims has received more and more attention, there are still many difficulties and deficiencies in the pro-tection of the rights of female victims in China, including the imperfect legal system and the incom-plete implementation of relief measures. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to improve the legal system of female victims relief and strengthen the protection of women’s personal safety, fur-ther improve and perfect the problems existing in the protection of the rights of women without harm, and promote the improvement of the legal system and the implementation of policies.
