论智慧法院建设中智能化综合信息系统的完善
On the Improvement of Intelligent Integrated Information System in the Construction of Smart Courts

智慧法院以公正高效司法为目标，以数据共享为基础，通过大数据和人工智能信息技术，建立法院审判管理高效化的信息系统。当前智慧法院已发展至4.0阶段，而部分法院的综合信息系统仍存在重要功能缺乏、司法数据闭环流通等问题，导致智能化程度不足、智能应用目标难以实现。因此，需要实现法院系统内外双向信息共享：一方面完善法院系统内部信息共享机制，另一方面构建法院与其它机关的信息共享平台，同时强化法院对企业数据的获取权限，从而破解智慧法院4.0的建设难题。
With the goal of impartial and efficient justice and based on data sharing, the Smart Court es-tablishes an efficient information system for management and judgment through information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence. At present, the Smart Court has developed to stage 4.0, while the comprehensive information system of some courts still have problem in lacking important functions and closed-loop circulation of judicial data, resulting in insufficient intelligence and difficulty in achieving the goal of intelligent application. Therefore, it is necessary to realize two-way information sharing in the court system. On the one hand, the internal information sharing mechanism of the court system needs to be improved. On the other hand, we should build the in-formation sharing platform between the courts and other institutions, and strengthen the courts’ access to enterprise data, finally, solving the construction challenges of Smart Court 4.0.
