中小学教师在线教学适应问题及对策

Abstract:

随着科技的发展,在线教学模式逐渐渗透到教育的各个阶段,进一步推进了教育现代化。然而并非所有的教师都适应在线教学。中小学教师在在线教学过程中遇到了许多问题,这些问题使得教师们难以适应在线教学,进而影响到了中小学教育质量以及教师的自我专业发展。因此本文将从在线教学适应性的角度分析中小学教师为何会遇到此问题,面对在线教学出现的问题又该如何解决,以期望为中小学教师开展有效的在线教学提供一些可行性建议。
With the development of science and technology, the online teaching has gradually penetrated into all areas of education, further promoting the modernization of education. However, not all teachers are comfortable with teaching online. Primary and secondary school teachers encounter many problems in the process of online teaching, which make it difficult for teachers to adapt to online teaching, which in turn affects the quality of primary and secondary education and teachers’ self-professional development. Therefore, this paper will analyze why primary and secondary school teachers encounter these problems from the perspective of online teaching adaptability, and how to solve these problems, so as to provide some feasible suggestions for primary and secondary school teachers to carry out effective online teaching.
