“立德树人”视域下小学生责任感培养策略

Abstract:
随着义务教育的普及,人口素质得到了一定的提高。但随着教育不断改革,德育教育逐渐被重视,并将立德树人作为教育的根本任务。小学教育是教育的基础,是社会稳定的坚实基础。因此,本文通过调查研究小学生责任感培养现状以及存在的问题,针对小学生亲疏有别的责任感认知差、性别差异以及独生子女差异,通过责任感认知、责任感情感和责任感行为三个维度来阐述关于责任感培养的策略。
With the popularization of compulsory education, the population quality has been improved to a certain extent. However, with the continuous reform of education, moral education is gradually being valued, and the fundamental task of education is to build morality and cultivate people. Primary education is the foundation of education and a solid foundation for social stability. Therefore, this paper investigates and studies the current situation and existing problems in the cultivation of primary school students’ sense of responsibility, aiming at the cognition difference of responsibility, gender difference and only child difference among primary school students, the strategies for cultivating responsibility are expounded through three dimensions: cognition of responsibility, emotion of responsibility and behavior of responsibility.
