Abstract:

旅游业的发展拓宽了世界各国人民的视野,也有利于加深各国人民之间的交流,促进世界文化的发展和进步。然而在中外语言和文化差异较大的情况下,景点公共标语的翻译质量对于外国游客的体验感来说是十分关键的,误译会导致外国游客错误理解公示语含义,影响整个旅程的体验感。所以,对景区公告语进行准确、清晰、简洁地翻译就可以让外国游客跨越语言障碍更好地了解当地文化。通过调查,景区公示语的翻译存在很多不足。文章对旅游景点公示语的汉英翻译进行了探讨,并针对公示语的误译情况展开研究,运用生态翻译学中的三维转换理论对公示语的汉英翻译进行了分析,旨在提高旅游景区公示语的翻译质量,并为中国文化走向世界做出自己的贡献。
The development of tourism has broadened the horizons of people all over the world, and is also conducive to deepening communication between people and promoting the development and progress of world cultures. However, in the case of large differences between Chinese and foreign languages and cultures, the translation level of public signs of scenic spots is very crucial for foreign tourists’ sense of experience. The appropriateness of the English translation of public signs directly affects foreign tourists’ impression of scenic spots, culture and even our whole country. Therefore, accurate, clear and concise translations of scenic spots announcements will allow foreign tourists to overcome language barriers and better understand local culture. Through the survey, there are many shortcomings in the translation of scenic spots’ public announcements. The article discusses the Chinese-English translation of public announcements of tourist attraction, studies the mistranslation of public signs, and analyzes and guides the Chinese-English translation of public signs by applying the three-translation theory of ecological translation, with the aim of improving the translation quality of tourist attractions and promoting Chinese culture to the world.
