农村基础教育满意度影响因素与提升策略研究

Abstract:
要实现教育全面高质量发展，需要放眼全局，把目光聚焦到容易被忽视的农村基础教育上。然而，农村基础教育的基础设施、师资结构、教育管理和教学成效还有所欠缺，因此提出要补齐基础设施资源短板、提升农村教师福利待遇、完善农村教育管理制度、改进农村教育教学效果的提升策略，努力提升公众对农村基础教育的获得感。
To achieve comprehensive and high-quality development of education, we need to look at the whole picture and focus on the easily neglected rural basic education. However, the infrastructure, teacher structure, education management and teaching effectiveness of rural basic education are still lacking. Therefore, we propose to make up for the shortcomings of infrastructure resources, improve the welfare of rural teachers, improve the rural education management system and improve the teaching effectiveness of rural education, and strive to enhance the public’s sense of access to rural basic education.
