基于LabVIEW的定时器震荡周期标定系统设计

Abstract:
由于可编程定时器结构原因,其自激震荡的周期与配置的电容电阻值乘积不是线性关系,导致想要设置定时器特定震荡周期时,无法直接计算得出准确的电阻电容值。为了找出定时器震荡周期与配置的电容电阻值之间的关系,本文设计了一种定时器震荡周期标定系统。通过LabVIEW对定时器标定实验的电阻、电容、频率进行自动采集,并采用二维回归分析的方法对采集得到的数据进行处理,得到自激震荡周期与配置的电容电阻值的二维回归方程,达到提高定时器频率计算精确度的目的。
Due to the structure of programmable timers, the product of the self-excited oscillation period and the configured capacitance resistance value is not linear, which makes it impossible to directly calculate the accurate resistance capacitance value when setting a specific oscillation period of the timer. In order to find the relationship between the timer oscillation period and the configured ca-pacitance resistance value, this paper designs a timer oscillation period calibration system. The re-sistance, capacitance, and frequency of the timer calibration experiment are automatically collected through LabVIEW, and the collected data is processed using two-dimensional regression analysis to obtain a two-dimensional regression equation between the self-excited oscillation period and the configured capacitance resistance value, achieving the goal of improving the accuracy of timer fre-quency calculation.
