民族地区国家通用语言文字建设助力乡村振兴的内在机理
The Internal Mechanism of National Common Language Construction in Ethnic Areas to Help Rural Revitalization

国家通用语言文字建设是党和国家的重要任务，民族地区是国家通用语言文字建设的薄弱地带，也是民族地区国家通用语言文字建设的重点地区。在乡村振兴战略下，民族地区国家通用语言文字建设助力乡村振兴具备以下四重内在机理：聚焦于促进人的全面发展的根本任务；具有承接外部支持和培育内生动力两重功能维度；具有经济、文化与社会三层价值基础；在发展理念、发展目标、发展规划和发展路径四方面与乡村振兴相一致，即国家通用语言文字建设与乡村振兴战略高度契合。
The construction of national common language is an important task of the party and the country. Ethnic minority areas are the weak areas of the construction of national common language, and also the key areas of the construction of national common language. Under the strategy of rural revitalization, the construction of national common language and characters in ethnic minority areas to help rural revitalization has the following four internal mechanisms: focusing on the fundamental task of promoting the all-round development of people; it has the dual functional dimensions of undertaking external support and cultivating endogenous power; it has three value bases of economy, culture and society. It is consistent with rural revitalization in four aspects: development concept, development goal, development plan and development path, that is, the construction of national common language is highly compatible with the strategy of rural revitalization.
