一种新型高效灭尘装置在煤矿的实践与应用

Abstract:
针对国家能源集团乌海能源有限责任公司某煤矿16402工作面的现状,研制出一种煤矿新型高效灭尘装置,并阐述了一种煤矿新型高效灭尘装置的工作原理和使用注意事项,在乌海能源公司某煤矿16402工作面进回风顺槽进行了试验应用,收到了良好的使用效果,极大地减低了工作面的粉尘浓度,为现场施工人员创造了一个良好的工作环境,保障了工作面的安全、高效地生产。
In view of the current situation of the 16402 working face of a coal mine of the National Energy Group Wuhai Energy Co., Ltd., a new type of high-efficiency dust suppression device for coal mines has been developed, and the working principle and precautions for use of a new type of high-effici- ency dust suppression device for coal mines have been described. An experimental application has been conducted in the intake and return air chute of the 16402 working face of a coal mine of Wuhai Energy Co., Ltd., and good results have been achieved, greatly reducing the dust concentra-tion in the working face. It creates a good working environment for on-site construction personnel and ensures safe and efficient production of the working face.
