论西塞罗《论老年》对我国积极老龄化的启示

西塞罗《论老年》是一篇关于老年的伦理学著作，针对老年人的工作、身体、快乐、死亡等问题进行了讨论与批评，进而提出老年人应积极老化的观念。在心理方面，西塞罗提出“恰当”、“自然”与“坦然”的心态有助于心理健康。在生活方式方面，西塞罗强调“修身养性”的生活方式有助于达到延缓老化。在老年人价值层面，西塞罗认为老年人可以积极老化、一样可以成就事业。西塞罗《论老年》提倡的积极老化的概念与我国积极老龄化的发展理念相联系，对于我国积极老龄化事业有一定的启示。首先，充分挖掘老年人的潜能，促进老年人的再社会化，其次深入发展老年教育事业，提高老年人健康管理能力，最后大力弘扬积极老龄化理念，树立全社会新型养老观念。
Cicero’s On Old Age is a work about old age. It discusses and criticizes the work, health, happiness and death of old people, and then puts forward the concept that old people should actively age. In psychological aspect, Cicero proposed that “proper”, “natural” and “calm” mentality is conducive to mental health. In terms of lifestyle, Cicero stressed that a “self-cultivation” lifestyle can help to delay aging. In terms of the value of the elderly, Cicero believes that the elderly can actively age and still achieve career success. The concept of active aging advocated by Cicero in On Old Age is related to the development concept of active aging in our country, which has some enlightenment for the cause of active aging in our country. Firstly, we should fully tap the potential of the elderly and promote their re-socialization. Secondly, we should further develop education for the elderly and improve their health management ability. Finally, we should vigorously promote the concept of active aging and establish a new concept of old-age care for the whole society.
