社会工作介入城市社区居家养老的思考
Thoughts on Social Work Intervention in Home-Based Elderly Care in Urban Communities

快速增长的老年人口给社会带来了巨大的压力，怎样可以使老年人享有一个舒适的晚年是中国现在迫切需要高度关注的问题。在我国，为缓解这种状况主要依靠敬老院、机构和社区，在中国的发展和成就来看，提供适应中国发展趋势和中国国情的社区居家养老服务已成为缓解我国养老窘境的一个主要形式。然而，对于老年人口过多，再加上我们现有的社会保障体系不健全，出现了供应和养老金需求状况之间的不平衡，使提供的服务无法满足退休老人的各种需求。因此在针对养老问题中，社区居家养老服务还需要对很多问题做出解决与改进。社会工作介入到社区居家养老服务中利用专业的方式与技巧，来满足存在具体需求和需要解决困难的老人。本论文针对社会工作介入养老服务进行论述，并从科学且专业的视角提出建议与决策。
The rapidly growing elderly population has put enormous pressure on the community, and how to make the elderly enjoy a comfortable old age is an issue that China now urgently needs to pay great attention to. In China, in order to alleviate this situation mainly rely on homes for the elderly, institutions and communities, in China’s development and achievements, to provide adaptation to China’s development trends and China’s national conditions of community home care services have become a major form of alleviating China’s old-age predicament. However, the overrepresentation of older persons, combined with the inadequacy of our existing social security system, has led to an imbalance between supply and pension demand, which has prevented the provision of services from meeting the various needs of retirees. Therefore, in the problem of old age, community home care services also need to solve and improve a lot of problems. Social work involves the use of professional methods and techniques in community home care services to meet the needs of the elderly and those who need to solve difficulties. This thesis discusses the social work intervention in the old age service, and puts forward suggestions and decisions from the scientific and professional point of view.
