中国现代化进程中的人口老龄化问题与应对探索研究
Exploration and Research on the Problem of Population Aging in the Process of China’s Modernization and Its Countermeasures

中国特色社会主义进入新时代，经济发展的特征为我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。经济结构的转型升级是伴随现代化带来的，而现代化必然会带来社会人口年龄结构老龄化的加速。本文通过探索马克思主义人口理论对我国应对现代化发展道路中人口老龄化的实践启示，同时借鉴资本主义现代化国家应对人口老龄化的不足，分析中国现代化进程中人口老龄化历史成因和现实缘由，提出新的时代背景下应对该问题的措施和建议。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, and economic development is characterized by the fact that my country’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development. The transformation and upgrading of the economic structure are accompanied by modernization, and modernization will inevitably bring about the acceleration of the aging of the social population age structure. In this paper, by exploring the practical enlightenment of Marxist population theory on my country’s response to population aging on the road to modernization, and drawing lessons from the deficiencies of capitalist modernization countries in response to population aging, the historical and realistic causes of population aging in the process of China’s modernization are analyzed, and measures and suggestions to deal with this problem under the background of the times are proposed.
