乡村振兴战略下农村养老服务供给问题研究——基于供给侧结构性改革视角

在人口老龄化背景下，农村养老服务供给问题影响我国乡村振兴战略实施进度。我国农村养老服务供给面临的问题主要表现在农村养老服务供需矛盾突出，农村养老服务供给质量和数量不足，养老服务城乡供给差距大，缺乏专业化养老服务人员。我国要改善农村养老服务供给问题，全力助力乡村振兴战略实施，应加快健全农村养老服务体系，多种模式优化养老服务，提高供给效率与质量，坚持协调供给理念，统筹好城乡之间的养老服务供给差距，以乡村人才振兴推动养老服务人才队伍的建设。
Under the trend of population aging, the supply of rural elderly care services is affecting the progress of China’s rural development strategy. The problems faced by the supply of rural elderly care services in Japan are that the contradiction between supply and demand for rural elderly care is prominent, the quality and quantity of rural elderly care services are insufficient, there is a large supply gap between urban and rural elderly care services, and there is a lack of professional roster service personnel. In order to improve the supply of rural appointment services and cooperate with the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, China will accelerate the development of the rural appointment system, optimize elderly appointment services, improve supply efficiency and quality, strengthen supply and supply principles, and coordinate the shortage of elderly care services in urban and rural areas. By promoting rural human resources, it is necessary to promote the construction of elderly care service personnel.
