积极老龄化背景下低龄老年人再就业权益保障研究

Abstract:
积极老龄化背景下，越来越多的低龄老年人选择再就业，再就业老年人权益保护显得尤为重要。本文明确了积极老龄化、马斯洛需求层次理论等概念和理论，分析了低龄老年人再就业的现状，学习了日本、美国和英国的老年权益保障制度，针对保障老年人就业权益存在的问题提出了可行性建议。
In the context of active aging, more and more young and elderly people are choosing to seek employment again, and the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly in reemployment is particularly important. This paper defines the concepts and theories of active aging and Maslow's hierarchy of needs, analyzes the current situation of the reemployment of young old people, learns from the protection system of the rights and interests of the elderly in Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the problems in protecting the employment rights and interests of the elderly.
