体育精神在高校体育教学中的体现
|
Abstract:
体育精神是高校体育教学的核心之一，而体育教学是体育精神的重要载体。目前，高校的体育教育已经成为学校重视和发展的方向，将体育文化融入到教学中，已成为实现教学目标的重要手段。本文旨在探讨体育精神在高校体育教学中的体现。从体育精神、体育教学和体育文化三个方面，阐述了体育精神在高校体育教学中的重要意义。
Sports spirit is one of the cores of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, and physical education teaching is an important carrier of sports spirit. At present, physical education in colleges and universities has become the direction that schools attach importance to and develop. Integrating sports culture into teaching has become an important means to achieve teaching goals. This article aims to explore the embodiment of sports spirit in college physical education teaching. From the three aspects of sports spirit, physical education and sports culture, the important significance of sports spirit in physical education in colleges and universities is expounded.
