我国关于延迟退休的动态趋势分析——基于CiteSpace的可视化计量分析

人口老龄化这一问题日益成为全球各国共同关注的热点话题，那么关于延迟退休的话题也备受关注。据统计调查数据显示，随着人口预期寿命的不断延长，我国的老龄化程度不容乐观，预计在2025年，我国将进入深度老龄化社会。因此，我们国家决定采取延迟退休这一政策举措。本篇文章通过运用CiteSpace文献计量分析，对我国在2012~2022这十年间关于延迟退休的发文量、发文作者、发文机构、关键词的共现、聚类分析，分析出在延迟退休这一方面学术界的动态发展趋势以及热点问题研究，该研究将会为我国在延迟退休领域提供一些学术上的价值参考。
The issue of population aging has increasingly become a hot topic of concern for countries around the world, and the topic of delayed retirement has also received much attention. According to statistical survey data, with the continuous extension of population life expectancy, the degree of aging in China is not optimistic. It is expected that by 2025, China will enter a deep aging society. Therefore, our country has decided to adopt the policy measure of delaying retirement. This article uses CiteSpace bibliometric analysis to analyze the number of publications, authors, institutions, and co-occurrence of keywords related to delayed retirement in China from 2012 to 2022. It analyzes the dynamic development trends and hot topics in the academic field of delayed retirement. This study will provide some valuable academic references for China in the field of delayed retirement.
