公共卫生事件中医务工作者的身份建构研究
A Study on the Identity Construction of Medical Staff in Public Health Events

作为突发公共卫生事件，其紧急性、高危性的特点影响公众的日常生活与心理健康。医务工作者在抗击疫情的战役中首当其冲，受到了媒体的广泛关注与纪录。本文基于陈新仁提出的与身份建构相关的话语实践类型，分析抗疫纪录片《人间世》中前线医务人员的相关话语，探讨医务工作者为实现其交际意图采取的话语策略，以及在话语互动中建构的语用身份，使得公众对突发公共事件中医务人员的身份表达以及对话语建构身份的策略有更加清晰的认知。
As a public health emergency, its acute and high-risk characteristics affect the daily life and men-tal health of the public. Medical staff be the first to bear the brunt of the anti-epidemic war and have been widely concerned and recorded by the media. Based on the type of discourse practice related to identity construction proposed by Chen Xinren, this paper analyzed the discourse re-lated to front-line medical staff in the anti-epidemic documentary World of Humanity. At the same time, it discussed the discourse strategies adopted by medical workers to achieve their communicative intentions, as well as the pragmatic identity constructed in discourse interaction. This made the public a clearer understanding of the identity expression of medical personnel and the strategy of discourse identity construction in public emergencies.
