循环经济模式下电网企业绿色供应链转型探索

Abstract:
物资采购以及退役物资管理是电网工程建设中的关键环节。电网企业作为电工装备产业链供应链的核心企业,响应国家“双碳”号召,积极探索供应链绿色转型实践,加强实物资源管理。本文基于绿色供应链、循环经济等相关理论,结合电网企业目前业务面临的问题,从盘活利库及退役资产处置两个方面进行策略优化,总结绿色供应链转型成功经验,降低资产全生命周期成本,不断提升供应链经济效益。
Material procurement and retired material management are the crucial aspects in power grid engineering construction. As the core enterprise in the supply chain of the electrical equipment industry chain, we actively explore green transformation practices in the supply chain, and strength-en physical resource management in response to the national “Dual Carbon” call. This article analyzes relevant theories such as green supply chain and circular economy, and combines the problems faced by current businesses to optimize strategies from vitalizing the resources in warehouses and disposing of retired assets. It summarizes the successful experience of green supply chain transformation, reduces the entire life cycle cost of assets, and continuously improves the economic benefits of supply chain.
