Effectiveness Evaluation of Digital Intelligence Supervision in Electric Power Material Supply Chain Based on Parameter Labeling

本文旨在探讨全球范围内的供应链风险防范的重要性、现状和发展趋势，结合中内外研究成果，分析供应链风险的来源、类型和影响，总结供应链风险防范的方法、工具和实践。国际上，随着全球化的加深，供应链风险防范已成为企业和政府关注的焦点。中国政府将“保产业链供应链稳定”列入“六保”任务之一，商务部等八单位联合发布了关于开展全国供应链创新与应用示范创建工作的通知，国网公司建设了智能化监控预警平台。针对不同类型的风险，本文提出了相应的供应链风险防范方法和工具，包括供应商评估、供应链可视化、风险监测和预警、风险溯源和应急响应等。本文的研究成果对于提升全球范围内的企业和政府的供应链风险防范能力具有重要的理论和实践意义。
This paper aims to discuss the importance, current situation and development trend of global supply chain risk prevention, analyze the source, type and impact of supply chain risk combined with domestic and foreign research results, and summarize the methods, tools and practices of supply chain risk prevention. Internationally, with the deepening of globalization, supply chain risk prevention has become the focus of concern of enterprises and governments. The Chinese government has listed “ensuring the stability of industrial chain and supply chain” as one of the tasks of the “Six Guarantees”, the Ministry of Commerce and eight other institutions jointly issued a notice on the establishment of national supply chain innovation and application demonstration, and the State Grid Corporation has built an intelligent monitoring and early warning platform. According to different types of risks, this paper puts forward corresponding methods and tools of supply chain risk prevention, including supplier evaluation, supply chain visualization, risk monitoring and early warning, risk tracing and emergency response. The research results of this paper have important theoretical and practical significance for improving the supply chain risk prevention ability of enterprises and governments around the world.
