用户体验设计视角下用药提醒管家APP界面设计研究
Research on Interface Design of Medication Reminder Butler APP from the Perspective of User Experience Design

目的：设计一款医疗类手机应用，用于解决当前身处压力下的青壮年人群经常忘记按时吃药、用药剂量等问题。方法：通过研究用户体验理念、医疗类APP设计原则，并在用户调研的基础上建立KANO模型图，从而确定用药提醒管家APP的设计策略与方法。结果：设计出一款移动端医疗类应用程序，即用药提醒管家APP，其通过KANO模型来确定其各项功能的重要程度，结合用户体验与医疗类APP设计方法构建应用的整体框架。结论：用药提醒管家APP能够有效解决用户经常忘记按时吃药、用药剂量的问题。
Objective: To design a medical mobile phone application to solve the problems of young and middle-aged people who are under pressure and often forget to take medicine on time and dosage. Methods: By studying the concept of user experience, design principles of medical APPs, and establishing the KANO model diagram on the basis of user research, the design strategies and methods of the Medication Reminder Steward APP were determined. Results: A mobile medical application was designed, namely the Medication Reminder Steward APP, which determined the importance of its functions through the KANO model, and combined the user experience and medical APP design methods to construct the overall framework of the application. Conclusion: Medication Reminder Steward APP can effectively solve the problem that users often forget to take medicine on time and dosage.
