Abstract:

课程是人才培养的核心要素,课程评估是教师了解自身教学状况及效果的重要途径。如何构建科学的课程评估指标体系,充分发挥评价的引导、激励和改进功能,促进教育教学改革和教学质量的提高,是摆在高校面前的重要课题。笔者依据北京物资学院构建学校本科课程评估指标体系工作的实践,按照“以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进”的OBE课程评估理念,构建了定性与定量相结合高校本科课程评估指标体系,包括教学大纲评价量表、课程资源建设评价量表、课堂教学评价量表、期末试卷命题评价量表、期末试卷评阅与归档评价量表等,形成了学校内部本科课程评估指标体系,并利用该体系对北京物资学院2021~2022学年第2学期的343门课程从课程建设到实施的各主要环节进行全面的课程评估,并对各学院课程评估中存在的问题及时进行了反馈,经过整改,课程建设质量上了一个新的台阶。
Since curriculum is the core element of talent training, curriculum evaluation is an important way for teachers to understand their teaching status and effectiveness. It is vitally important for universities to establish a scientific curriculum evaluation system and then to make full advantage of system’s guiding, motivating and improving functions to promote teaching reform and teaching quality improvement. Based on the practice of constructing the undergraduate course evaluation system of Beijing Wuzi University and “student-centered, results-oriented and continuous improvement” OBE approach, the author has established an internal qualitative and quantitative undergraduate course evaluation system, including syllabus evaluation scale, curriculum resource evaluation scale, class teaching evaluation scale, final-exam paper quality evaluation scale, and final-exam paper grading and archiving evaluation scale. The system was used to comprehensively evaluate the implementation of 343 courses in the 2021~2022 (2) semester at Beijing Wuzi University and timely feedback was submitted to the relevant parties. With the help of this system, the curriculum construction quality has been improved effectively.
