心理契约下我国民办高校学生管理现状及对策研究
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Student Management in Private Colleges and Universities in China under the Psychological Contract

公办高校和民办高校是我国目前主要的高校办学方式，也都是为祖国培养人才的摇篮，但是社会上多少都会对民办高校抱有偏见，主要是因为其高昂的学费和师资力量比不上公办高校等因素导致生源质量不高，间接影响了民办高校培养人才的质量，也制约了民办高校的发展。本文分析了民办高校目前的学生管理现状，并提出五点基于心理契约下的管理对策，以期优化民办高校的学生管理方法，为民办高校的良性发展提供借鉴。
Public and private universities are currently the main ways of running universities in China, and they are also the cradle of cultivating talents for the motherland. However, there is a certain bias in society towards the application of private universities, mainly due to factors such as high tuition fees and insufficient teaching resources compared to public universities, which leads to low student quality, indirectly affecting the quality of talent cultivation by private universities and restricting their development. This article analyzes the current situation of student management in private universities and proposes five management strategies based on psychological contracts, in order to optimize the student management methods of private universities and provide reference for the healthy development of private universities.
