教育生态在小学阶段“双减”背景下的策略实施——以家校社协同,政府保障为主

Abstract:

近年来,我国小学阶段的升学压力逐步增大,课后作业和课外辅导层出不穷,家长对孩子寄予厚望,他们忽视了孩子的自己的感受,严重影响了学生的身心健康发展。自2021年“双减”政策的颁布以来,各地学校纷纷开始实施,但在实施过程中面临着一些问题。本文运用了文献分析法,通过分析“双减”政策颁布后出现的问题,结合布朗芬布伦纳的生态系统理论,提出“新”教育合力:1) 学校:再创教学新高,开创课堂特色化;2) 家庭:多些关怀和陪伴,家校携手打造学生个性化;3) 社会:连接家校沟通的桥梁,制定“手拉手”保障机制;4) 政府:加强监管保障职能,撑起“家”“校”“社”的“保护伞”。笔者希望通过多元主体协同的方式能够使“双减”政策得以有效落实。
In recent years, the pressure of primary school in China is gradually increasing, homework and after-class tutoring emerge in an endless stream, parents have high hopes for their children, they ignore the children’s own feelings, seriously affecting the physical and mental health development of students. Since the promulgation of the “double reduction” policy in 2021, schools everywhere have begun to implement it, but they face some problems in the implementation process. This paper uses the literary analysis of method to analyze the problems arising after the promulgation of the “double reduction” policy, combined with the ecosystem theory of Broen Brenner, the “new” education force: 1) School: Create new teaching highs and create classroom characteristics; 2) Family: More care and companionship, home and school to work together to create personalized students. 3) Society: The bridge connecting home-school communication, develops the “hand in hand” guarantee mechanism; 4) Government: Strengthen the function of supervision and guarantee, support the “umbrella” of “home”, “school” and “society”. The author hopes that the “double reduction” policy can be effectively implemented through the coordination of multiple subjects.
