定期文献汇报在研究生培养中的实践与探讨
Practice and Discussion of Periodic Literature Report in Postgraduate Training

近年来随着研究生招生规模的逐年扩大和国家对研究生教学改革的不断提高，对研究生的综合基本科研能力提出更高的要求。学校顺应医学教育的改革趋势，在药学专业药物化学方向研究生的教育实践中，实行定期文献汇报方式，培养研究生通过文献解读提高相应的科学研究能力和个人综合能力，取得了良好的成效。文章对此进行总结，以期为药学研究生的培养提供借鉴与思路。
In recent years, with the expansion of postgraduate enrollment and the continuous improvement of postgraduate teaching reform, higher requirements have been put forward for the comprehensive basic scientific research ability of postgraduates. In line with the reform trend of medical education in the world, our school has achieved good results in the educational practice of graduate students in the direction of medicinal chemistry. Through the implementation of regular literature reporting, we have trained graduate students to improve their corresponding scientific research ability and personal comprehensive ability through literature reports. This manuscript summarized the results in order to provide reference and ideas for the cultivation of pharmaceutical postgraduates.
