老龄化背景下社会企业参与养老服务的发展路径研究——以社会企业A为例
Research on the Development Path of Social Enterprises’ Participation in Elderly Services in the Context of Aging—Taking Social Enterprise A as an Example

在老龄化背景下，养老问题备受关注。现有的公办养老机构、商业养老机构和社区养老难以满足日益增长的养老需求，社会企业参与养老服务具有受众广、收费低、可营利等独特优势。本文以社会企业A为例，了解社会企业参与养老服务的现状，分析社会企业参与养老服务过程中遇到的问题，并从政府和社会企业两方面提出建议，对社会企业参与养老服务具有现实意义。
In the background of aging, the issue of elderly care is of great concern. The existing public elderly institutions, commercial elderly institutions and community-based elderly care can hardly meet the growing demand for elderly care, and the participation of social enterprises in elderly care services has unique advantages such as wide audience, low fees and profitability. This paper takes Green Health Medical Care Group as an example to understand the current situation of social enterprises’ participation in senior care services, analyze the problems encountered in the process of social enterprises’ participation in senior care services, and make suggestions from both the government and social enterprises, which have practical significance for social enterprises’ participation in senior care services.
