Design and Selection of Sports Games in Sports Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools

体育游戏作为一种有效的教学方法，它对全面发展学生的身体素质、提高基本活动能力、掌握知识技能等有着积极的作用。通过文献资料法、经验总结法、逻辑归纳法等研究方法，探讨在教学中选择体育游戏进行教学的因素与原则，教师应该以健康第一，促进学生健康发展、调动学生的积极性，增强免疫力、培养兴趣，传授运动技能、立德树人，增强学生的道德观念为原则，用提高学生的兴趣、帮助学生树立终身体育的意识等方法，来积极地调动学生参与体育活动，为体育教师的有效教学提供了一定的参考。
As an effective teaching method, sports games play a positive role in the comprehensive develop-ment of students’ physical quality, improving their basic activity ability and mastering knowledge and skills. Through the literature method, experience summary, logic induction research method, discuss the selection of sports games in teaching factors and principles, teachers should take the health first, promote the healthy development of students, arouse the enthusiasm of students, en-hance immunity, cultivate interest, teach sports skills, establish morality and cultivate people, enhance students’ moral concept as the principle, improve the students’ interest to help students set up the consciousness of lifelong sports, to actively mobilize students to participate in sports activities, providing a certain reference for the physical education teachers’ effective teaching.
