退役运动员转型体育教师的困境与对策研究
Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Retired Athletes Transforming into Physical Education Teachers

本文采用文献资料、归纳总结等研究方法，探析退役运动员转型体育教师的可能性，了解其具有政策支持、运动员专业优势以及社会的需求等有利条件，但存在运动员文化知识薄弱、教师职业能力不足、运动技能单一与职业角色转变等现实困境。对此提出相应对策，旨在为退役运动员转型体育教师提供相应参考。
This paper adopts research methods such as literature review and induction to analyze the possi-bility of retired athletes transforming into physical education teachers, and understands that it has favorable conditions such as policy support, professional advantages of athletes, and social needs, but there are weak cultural knowledge of athletes and professional ability of teachers, insufficient sports skills, single motor skills, and changes in professional roles. Corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide corresponding reference for retired athletes to transform into physical education teachers.
