左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎的效果和安全性分析
Effect and Safety Analysis of Levofloxacin Eye Drops in the Treatment of Severe Bacterial Keratitis and Conjunctivitis

目的：观察分析左氧氟沙星滴眼液在重症细菌性结膜炎、角膜炎中的治疗作用。方法：80例研究对象均取自2012年2月~2022年8月至我院眼科就诊的重症细菌性角膜炎和结膜炎患者，随机以分组，比较对照组(常规治疗，n = 40)和研究组(综合治疗，n = 40)临床效果差异。结果：研究组临床总有效95%，对照组73.5%，研究组明显高于对照组，相比较有统计差异(P < 0.05)。结论：针对严重的细菌性角膜炎、结膜炎等进行左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗，能明显提高其临床效果，使患者症状得到改善，安全有效。
Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Levofloxacin eye drops onsevere bacterial conjunctivitis and keratitis. Methods: 80 subjects were selected from patients with severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis who visited the ophthalmology department of our hospital from February 2012 to August 2022. They were randomly divided into groups to compare the clinical effects between the control group (conventional treatment, n = 40) and the research group (comprehensive treatment, n = 40). Results: The total clinical efficacy was 95% in the study group and 73.5% in the control group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Levofloxacin eye drops for severe bacterial keratitis and conjunctivitis can significantly improve the clinical effect, improve the symptoms of patients, safe and effective.
