基于慕课的护理信息素养教育策略探究

Abstract:
信息素养是数字时代护理人员进行在线学习、开展循证护理实践和科研创新的重要前提和必备素养。当前,本科护理信息素养教育存在专业师资欠缺、学时不足、实用性低等问题,临床护理信息素养教育则缺乏系统、全面的课程资源,难以满足护理人员信息素养教育需求。丰富、免费、便捷的信息素养慕课有效解除了制约我国护理信息素养教育发展的障碍。本文提出聚焦学习者需求、组建多学科团队进行精准教学设计、慕课遴选与整合、“双线混融”教育实践,并根据教育评价和反馈改进教育方案,为我国护理专业信息素养教育改革提供了新的思路和方法。
Information literacy is an important prerequisite and a necessary quality for nursing staff to carry out online learning, evidence-based nursing practice, scientific research and innovation in the digital era. Currently, undergraduate nursing information literacy education suffers from the lack of professional teachers, insufficient credit hours and low practicality. At the same time, clinical nursing information literacy education lacks systematic and comprehensive curriculum resources to meet the information literacy education needs of nursing staff. The rich, free and convenient information literacy massive open online course (MOOC) effectively lifts the barriers that restrict the development of nursing information literacy education in China. This paper proposes focusing on learners’ needs, forming multidisciplinary teams for precise instructional design, catechism selection and integration, “online and offline blended teaching” educational practice, and improving educational programs based on educational evaluation and feedback, which provides new ideas and methods for the reform of information literacy education in China’s nursing profession.
