|
Abstract:
Severe pneumonia is an acute and critical disease of the respiratory system, which develops rapidly and is dangerous, and can lead to serious complications. In the early stage of its onset, the correct use of drugs can save the patient’s life in time. Research on severe pneumonia is extensive, attract-ing diverse perspectives on host immune responses, assessment of disease severity, microbial causes, risk factors for multidrug-resistant pathogens, diagnostic tests, and treatment options. In this article, the research progress of drug therapy for severe pneumonia is summarized as follows.
