集体主义精神对班级管理中的作用探析
Analysis of the Role of Collectivism Spirit in Class Management

小学生是进行集体主义教育的重要对象，小学生集体主义价值观的培育对班级管理有重要作用。当今集体主义观念潜移默化的推动班级长远发展，但部分学生仍存在着集体主义意识淡薄的现象。学生虽然深受集体主义的影响但是没有对集体主义价值观形成正确的认知。因此，笔者结合自身的实践经验，对集体主义价值观培育的优势与路径进行探析，帮助老师更有效地培养青少年的集体主义意识。
Primary school students are the important target of collectivism education. It plays an important role in class management to cultivate pupils’ collectivist values. Nowadays, the concept of collectiv-ism gradually promotes the long-term development of classes, but there are still some students with weak collectivism consciousness. Although students are influenced by collectivism, they have not formed a correct cognition of collectivism values. Therefore, the author analyzes the advantages and paths of cultivating collectivism values according to his own practical experience. I hope to help more teachers cultivate pupil’s collectivism consciousness effectively.
