家庭是青少年成长发展的第一场域，是塑造青少年自我意识和人格养成的关键制约因素。原生家庭是青少年接触时间最长、情感牵涉最深且影响程度最大的社会系统，与青少年人生发展、心理健康的影响关系密切且持久，良好的原生家庭能够助推青少年心理健康发展，使青少年形成正常的认知、协调的情感、健全的意志和完善的人格，但畸形的原生家庭会对青少年心理健康产生消极的影响，因此需要形成心理预防，历练心理韧性，加强心理适应，完善心理控制，家庭、高校、国家形成心理健康教育合力，关注青少年心理发展，促进青少年健康成长。

The family of origin is the social system that teenagers have the longest contact time, the deepest emotional involvement and the greatest degree of influence. It has a close and lasting relationship with the life develop-ment and mental health of teenagers. A good family of origin can promote the mental health de-velopment of teenagers, and make them form normal cognition, coordinated emotions, sound will and perfect personality. However, deformed family of origin will have a negative impact on the mental health of adolescents, so it is necessary to form psychological prevention, experience mental toughness, strengthen psychological adaptation, improve psychological control, family, colleges and universities, the country to form mental health education joint force, pay attention to the psychological development of adolescents, promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
