郑州市健身俱乐部发展困境及路径选择
Development Dilemma and Path Selection of Zhengzhou Fitness Club

为探明郑州市运动健身人群参与健身的情况，为郑州市健身俱乐部日后发展提供参考依据。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等多种研究方法，针对郑州市健身俱乐部经营现状、教练水平以及会员参与度进行了系统分析和研究。经分析得出：郑州市健身俱乐部经营管理不够完善、营销模式同质化严重、健身教练水平的差异化明显、会员对健身知识认知有待提高等。为此郑州市健身俱乐部应大力重视现存问题，并选择发展的路径，以引起大众关注，从而促进郑州市体育产业向健康、合理的方向发展。
In order to explore the participation of sports and fitness people in Zhengzhou, it provides a ref-erence for the future development of Zhengzhou fitness club. Using various research methods such as literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and logical analysis method, the operation status, coach level and member participation of fitness clubs in Zhengzhou were systematically analyzed and studied. After analysis, it is concluded that the operation and man-agement of fitness clubs in Zhengzhou are not perfect, the homogeneity of marketing models is se-rious, the level of fitness coaches is obviously different, and members’ cognition of fitness knowledge needs to be improved. To this end, Zhengzhou Fitness Club should pay great attention to the existing problems and choose the path of development to attract public attention, so as to promote the development of Zhengzhou’s sports industry in a healthy and reasonable direction.
