中小学心理健康教育课程的问题以及解决措施

Abstract:
随着社会生活压力的增加，越来越多的青少年都出现了心理健康问题，这也揭示了我国心理健康教育事业还有很多不足的地方。虽然，我国心理健康教育起步晚、发展慢，但是目前我国对心理健康教育发展越来越重视，为了促进心理健康教育事业的发展，只有发现我国心理健康教育课程目前所存在的问题，并且采取相应的解决措施，这样才能保证我国中小学生心理健康发展、为他们学习和生活奠定良好的基础。
With the increasing pressure of social life, more and more adolescents are suffering from mental health problems, which also reveals that there are still many inadequacies in China’s mental health education cause. Although China’s mental health education started late and developed slowly, China is now paying more and more attention to the development of mental health education. In order to promote the development of mental health education, the only way to ensure the psychological health development of our primary and secondary school students and lay a good foundation for their learning and life is to find out the problems that exist in our mental health education curriculum and take corresponding measures to solve them.
