高速铁路建设通信专业提前介入探讨
Discussion on Early Intervention of Communication Profession in the High-Speed Railway Construction

针对高铁建设过程中通信专业特点，结合太原局管内近几年张大客专、郑太客专通信专业提前介入工作经验，对通信专业在介入过程中的必要性、存在问题进行探讨。通过分析研究，提出从项目建设前期与设计、施工单位加强沟通，严格介入人员选拔过程，问题库实行闭环整改，加强结合部管理等应对措施，确保高铁建设通信专业建设质量。
In view of the characteristics of the communication profession in the process of high-speed railway construction, combined with the work experience of early intervention in Zhangjiakou- Datong and Zhengzhou-Taiyuan Passenger railways within the jurisdiction of Taiyuan Railway Group Company in recent years, the necessity and problems of the communication profession in the process of intervention are discussed. Through analysis and research, we propose to strengthen communication with design and construction units from the pre-construction stage of the project, strict control of the personnel selection process, implement closed-loop rectification of the problem database, strengthen the combination of management and other countermeasures to ensure the quality of the construction of the communication profession in the construction of high-speed railways.
