女性自我实现形象分析——基于NVivo12的质性文本分析
Analysis of Female Self-Actualized Image—Qualitative Analysis Based on NVivo12

本研究以自我差异理论、自我实现理论和需要层次理论为主要理论基础，选取4位女研究生为研究对象进行访谈，基于NVivo12对运用扎根理论获得的访谈内容进行编码分析。从女性主义角度出发，了解女性对传统、现代女性形象的定位，以及其自我实现的目标和目标实现过程中面临的具有性别差异的压力。为促进女性更全面而自由的发展注入力量，提供切入点及实施路径。结果显示，当代女研究生对传统和现代女性自我形象的认识比较全面。虽然在某些方面不自知地被传统观念影响，但在自我实现的各个维度上均表现出很大的进步性。为进一步促进女性自我实现，今后的科学研究和社会工作生活中，女性应明确自我实现的形象；社会应积极促进女性自我意识觉醒；国家应出台相关政策助力女性平权。
Based on the self-difference theory, self-realization theory and hierarchy of needs theory, this study selected 4 female graduate students as research objects to conduct interviews. Based on NVivo12, the interview content obtained by using grounded theory was coded and analyzed. From the perspective of feminism, this paper tries to understand women’s positioning of traditional and modern female images, as well as their self-actualization goals and the pressure with gender differences in the process of achieving goals and to promote the more comprehensive and free development of women to inject strength, provide the entry point and implementation path. The results show that contemporary female graduate students have a comprehensive understanding of traditional and modern female self-image. Although it is not aware of being influenced by traditional ideas in some aspects, it shows great progress in all dimensions of self-actualization. In order to further promote women’s self-actualization, women should define their self-actualization images in future scientific research and social work. Society should actively promote female self-consciousness awakening; the state should introduce relevant policies to help women equal rights.
