针药结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛验案一则

Abstract:
带状疱疹后遗神经痛给患者带来巨大的痛苦，发生在下肢时对个人生活的负面影响极大，常可产生情志问题。导师程为平教授辨明虚实本质，针刺联合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，配伍得当，并根据病情变化灵活加减，治标可止痛止痒，求本能调体质安心神，疗效显著。
Postherpetic neuralgia brings great pain to patients, which has a great negative impact on personal life when it occurs in the lower extremities, and often leads to emotional problems. Professor Cheng Weiping, a mentor, identified the essence of deficiency and excess, acupuncture combined with Chinese pharmacy and formula in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with proper compatibil-ity.
